Once the process begins, we will gently assign a unique ID number to your pet and create a special ID tag with their information and a trackable code. This ensures our team can provide real-time updates, giving you peace of mind every step of the way.
Transport
We can gently collect your pet from your home or veterinary clinic. Our pet collection service is available daily from 8 AM to 5 PM. Please contact us with a preferred time for this arrangement.
Keepsakes
Before the cremation, we carefully verify your pet’s identification and booking, ensuring that any special requests, such as fur clippings or paw prints, are respectfully fulfilled. Each keepsake is thoughtfully prepared and checked to meet our highest standards of care and quality.
Cremation
Your pet’s identification is carefully placed on their private cremation chamber, with their details verified both before and after the process to ensure accuracy, dignity, and care.
Memorialisation
After the cremation, we carefully verify your pet’s identification and booking details to ensure their ashes are respectfully placed in the chosen urn or memorial items, honoring your wishes with the utmost care and precision.
Inspection
A comprehensive final inspection is carried out to ensure all booking details and special requests have been meticulously fulfilled.
Returning your pet home
After the final inspection, we carefully return your pet to your chosen veterinary clinic or home. Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 days, but if you wish to be reunited sooner, please reach out to discuss expedited options. Feel free to enquire or request for a service.
